This is Cinzel Bold and Fauna One. You will notice that Cinzel is CAPS ONLY - and there is not much differentiation between the standard font and the bold font.

In this program, you will receive the support & education you need to get your current projects done through virtual sessions over Zoom, as well as ongoing help as you work on the organizing action plan in between the sessions.

By the end, you’ll be equipped to tackle future home and work organizing projects with more ease and less overwhelm.

Are you feeling:

Dark Waves

Perpetually stressed and anxious about all the things you need to do, yet not even sure what half of them are, and you lack a successful way to keep track of it all

Overwhelmed by the chaos of your calendar(s) and to do lists and crave simple tools that help you keep things straight easily so things stop falling through the cracks

Disappointed at the end of the day, week, and/or month about how you used your time

Embarrassed about things like being late, missing deadlines, or other goals you’re not reaching and cannot seem to figure out why or what to do about it

Exhausted and frustrated about how busy your life is, yet how little it seems like you accomplish

Resentful and sad about a bunch of things you feel like you always have to be doing when you wish you could do more of the things you want instead

If you want to organize your physical space, level up your personal time, task, and project management systems, or all of the above, I can teach you how to end your painful chaos once and for all.

This is what Poppins Semi bold looks like without formatting. And this is what it looks like when you make it bold. --- Not much of a difference

Certified Professional Organizer®

BCPO-logo.gif

The letters “CPO” often appear after my name because I’ve earned the Certified Professional Organizer® credential through the Board of Certification for Professional Organizers.

This means I passed the certification exam after first becoming eligible for it, by having 1,500+ eligible work hours. I maintain this credential every 3 years by applying for recertification with 45+ hours of continuing education that helps me serve my clients better. I am also bound by the BCPO Code of Ethics.

ICD-logo.jpg

I hold three Level 1 Certificates from the Institute for Challenging Disorganization:

  • Basic ADD Issues

  • Chronic Disorganization

  • Student Needs & Learning Styles.

ICD is one of the top educational resources in the fields of professional organizing, productivity consulting, and ADHD coaching.

My organizing origin story

In the Spring of 2010, I caught the premiere of the TV show Hoarders at the gym. As someone who’d been organizing spaces for others since I was a kid, I was overjoyed to discover this profession.

I started my professional organizing business almost exactly one year later. I quickly identified an invaluable opportunity living in the SF Bay Area provided a new organizer – the chance to learn hands-on from numerous professional organizers and productivity consultants.

Working with these highly successful professionals gave me the ability to advance from person-who-is-good-at-organizing to a professional organizer adept at running a business and getting clients big results every session.

During the early years in my business, I became obsessed with time management.

I read everything about it that I could find online and in books, and took many productivity trainings available to me as a professional organizer seeking continuing education in the industry. I discovered I was most passionate about working with chronically disorganized clients, especially those with ADHD.

I love the thrill finding creative & customized organizing solutions for myself as an ADHDer, as well as others. In 2015, I relocated and started my business over again with new branding and productivity offerings.

By being a lifelong student of time management, psychology, and light neuroscience, as well as maintaining a serious commitment to addressing issues at the deepest level, I’ve skyrocketed my ability to quickly become un-overwhelmed, effectively change my habits, and prioritize with more inner peace and less turmoil. I’d love to help you do the same.

RAVE REVIEWS

"Life-long struggles with ADD, some physical limitations, and multiple creative interests meant that clutter had become a frustrating way of life.

Working with Miranda virtually was great. She listened to my specific needs and health challenges, and tailored her recommendations to my situation, focusing each session on the areas I deemed most important. What I've learned from Miranda has helped and will continue to do so.

I love being able to work on my home at my own pace, roping in the spouse when I can. And Miranda is really good at keeping you accountable for your "home" work! Miranda provides insight that helps you find workable solutions."

Imagine a life where ...

Your space feels like a peaceful sanctuary.

Tidying up and cleaning feel so much easier because there’s no more large, lingering mess ...

... and you feel confident and clear about where to put the things you have now, and anything you will acquire in the future.

You feel empowered to let go of the things that don’t serve you, with more peace around your decisions.

You’re setting & achieving your goals, and no longer feeling like a failure.

You go through your day from one task or activity to the next, doing what matters most with flow and ease.

You feel clarity and peace around your priorities and the ongoing list of things to do.

You end every day feeling satisfied with what you did and didn’t do, instead of beating yourself up for things you wish had gone differently.

You’re happy with your work/life balance.

FAQs

Q: Can you come over to my space and organize my things?

A: I no longer offer hands-on, in-person organizing. My mission as an organizer is to teach the lifelong and transferable skills needed to get organized now, maintain that organization over time, and be able to more easily tackle any future tangible (physical items & space) and intangible (information, thoughts, tasks, projects, etc.) organizing projects that come up. This is accomplished more effectively and for less money by learning the skills I teach through virtual organizing.

Q: How do I know that working with you will get me to where I want to be?

A: Results are most likely for you if you’re committed to investing the necessary time, money, and energy into your transformation. The best way to figure out if this program is right for you is to fill out the application and then book a no-obligation, free discovery Zoom call.

Q: How can I get other questions about virtual organizing answered?

A: After you fill out an application, I will be in touch about scheduling a cost & obligation free discovery call via Zoom where you can ask all of your questions. The call also gives you the chance to get a feel for what talking to me is like, so you can further determine if coaching with me would be a good fit for you.

I’d love to help you become the professional organizer of your own life.
